The History of the ICM
A group of seasoned men and women of God met during the winter of 2009 to join hearts and spirits together for the future. The common thread that connected us was our desires to recognize and promote the genuine gifts and callings in the Body of Christ. With each of us having more than 30 years experience in all arenas of Christian ministry and church work, we have set our hearts to “declare God’s strength to this generation and His power to all who are to come”. (Ps. 71:17-18)

Biblical Agenda
The Biblical Agenda of the ICM is the proclamation and demonstration of the principles and strategies of the Kingdom of God. Because the Kingdom of God was the message Jesus taught, it is therefore central to all that we do. (Matt. 4:17; 6:10; 13:3-52; 24:14; Acts 1:3; Rev. 11:15)

How We Can Serve You
1. Relationships—Whether you are young or more seasoned, we all need peer level fellowship and a safe place to share our hearts. The ICM provides on-going opportunities for personal communication and interaction using all forms of media.

2. Experience—There is no need to “re-invent the wheel” if you have available to you the corporate wisdom, counsel and resources of men and women who are experienced in bringing solutions to both spiritual and natural issues that ministries and pastors must face.

3. Exchange of Ministry Strategies—Through on-line articles, videos, regional conferences and web forums, the ICM will facilitate teaching, training and integration of Christian beliefs and practices throughout the world.

Being a member of the ICM does not preclude your involvement with other networks or ministries. We believe the interaction of a variety of ministry resources, ideas and counsel are the signs of healthy Christian fellowship.

The Uniqueness of the ICM is the recognition of the plurality of gifts and callings and their functional relationship.
